Stephanie Buchheim

Ms. Buchheim joined T7 Capital in 2026 and currently serves as a Director in the company's New York City headquarters.

Prior to joining T7 Capital, Ms. Buchheim was an Asset Management Associate at Merit Hill Capital, where she oversaw the performance of a $1.1 billion self-storage portfolio.

Previously, Ms. Buchheim worked at Tristar Management Associates, where she focused on acquisitions and asset management for a New York City based multifamily portfolio. During her time there, she supported more than $130 million in transactions and oversaw the ongoing management and performance of the firm's portfolio.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Buchheim worked at MCG, where she underwrote and assisted in placing approximately $5 billion in financing for multifamily properties. She also worked at Flatiron Realty Capital, where she supported the management and oversight of the firm's commercial loan portfolio.

Ms. Buchheim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
