Mr. Katz joined T7 Capital in 2026 and currently serves as an Associate in the company's New York City headquarters. Prior to joining T7 Capital, Mr. Katz was an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in auditing private equity real estate funds and developed experience in valuation analysis, fund performance, waterfall analyses, and complex real estate transactions. He worked closely with CFOs, controllers, and fund managers across a range of real estate strategies and asset classes.
Mr. Katz graduated from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
