Aaron Mandel

Mr. Mandel joined T7 Capital in 2026 and currently serves as an Associate in the company's New York City headquarters, where he focuses on the origination and execution of skilled nursing transactions.

Prior to joining T7 Capital, Mr. Mandel spent more than three years at Apex Healthcare Properties, where he focused on skilled nursing acquisitions across the United States. During his time at Apex, Mr. Mandel was responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities and was involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including underwriting, due diligence, and execution. He originated multiple opportunities, several of which successfully closed, and played an active role in the acquisition of large skilled nursing portfolios across the country.

Mr. Mandel graduated from Macaulay Honors College at the City University of New York with a bachelor's degree in finance.
